Both. A lot of our residential work is a one-off clearance or tidy-up, and a lot is a regular visit through the growing season. Commercial grounds are usually a set schedule. We will tell you what makes sense for the site and you choose.
Yes, green waste goes with us as standard on clearance and tidy-up jobs. If there is a lot of it, or non-green waste like old fence panels or broken slabs, we price the removal separately so you can see exactly what it costs.
Yes. Fence panels, posts and gates, and patios in slab or block paving, including clearing and levelling the ground first. It is the same team, so there is one point of contact for the whole job.

For a one-off job you pay on completion once you are happy with it, with a materials deposit only if the job needs fencing or paving materials ordered in. Regular maintenance is invoiced as we go. Everything is set out in writing before we start.
